How does everything work?
Automated trading system is working on your trading exchange account. Everything will be under control of our team of experienced algo traders. Your deposit is divided into 30 isolated parts. There are 2-3 strategies working on each part.
Why is your system not so profitable as analogues? Can't you make up more profitable strategy?
We are aimed at conservative long-term partnership. It's almost impossible to give stable high profit rates on this path. We try to consider as many risks as possible to avoid losses.
How often may I withdraw my profit?
All assets remain on your account and you have full access to it. Nevertheless, we do not recommend withdrawing more than 20% of your assets at a time because it may affect trading system in a bad way. In any case, we advise you to contact us first in order to keep us informed about your plans.
May I top up my funds without prior notice?
Sure, you can top up your trading funds without notifying us. Our system will redistribute new assets between all trading parts automatically in a short manner.
What is the best time to withdraw some funds or to top up my account?
Please refer to our investor indicator - it is our market advisor which helps you to decide what to do today.
Was there any cases when the deposit was totally lost?
No. We minimize risks by dividing deposit to 30 separate parts, and there are different type of strategies are working on each part. On top of that, there are re-balancing system which constantly shares profit and losses between parts. Our trading system survived even on LUNA moving on May 2022 and after delisting of several pairs from exchange platforms.
